Cau chocolates was established in 2014 by a child of a cocoa farmer and is a company dedicated to improving the welfare of farmers, because chocolate buying agricultural products, especially cocoa is more expensive than market prices, this is so that cocoa farmers want to improve the quality and quantity of their products.
Cau Chocolate stands on an area of 10,000 m2 which consists of restaurants, chocolate workshops, rice fields and chocolate gardens, where chocolate can get to know agriculture more closely, both agriculture (rice) and cocoa which are processed into chocolate ready for consumption.
The company's mission is to introduce cocoa farming to the general public and to develop and love agricultural culture, especially cocoa and subak culture in Bali.
