CAU Chocolates is made in Dusun Cau, Tabanan, by a team that works close to the farms it buys from. If you like work you can taste at the end of the day, there may be a place for you here.

Short recipes and an honest process. We say what is in the bar and how it was made.

We know the farmers we buy cacao from. Fair dealing starts there and carries through to the factory floor.

Quality is everyone's job, from the fermentation boxes to the finished bar. Tasting is part of the work.
Where you could work
From the farm to the buyer, most of the chain happens inside the group.
- Farm & post-harvest
- Fermenting and drying cacao with partner farmers in Dusun Cau.
- Production
- Roasting, cracking, grinding, conching, and moulding on our own line in Tabanan.
- Quality
- Checking each batch, from the beans to the finished product, before it leaves the factory.
- Sales & distribution
- Looking after hotels, restaurants, whitelabel partners, retail, and export buyers.

- Finance, HR, purchasing, and the systems that keep the group running.
